I think it wuld be nice for allchat messages and private quick notes bto be put in a different window so blind users won't have to scrol down the page just to get to their messages.

Personally I'd rather scroll down than alt tab to a different window. Especially since I sometimes have more than one IE window open as it is. One more would just be a hindrance.

it does not matter to me, i just press number 6 to get to the heading, or use the console
